Terms & Conditions

The terms below and the terms and conditions of sale through your trading contract with Carlsberg apply (available at order.carlsbergmarstons.co.uk). Definitions used in those terms and conditions apply below. The Contract is made up of the terms and conditions of sale and the terms below. If there is any conflict or ambiguity between the terms, the terms below shall have priority.  

1. ORDERS

1.1 All Products are subject to availability. The Customer will only order Products that it is willing and able to pay for. The Customer shall be responsible for the accuracy of each of its orders.
1.2 All orders for Products placed by the Customer or on behalf of the Customer shall be deemed to have been placed by persons duly authorised by the Customer.
1.3 No order placed by the Customer shall be deemed to be accepted by Carlsberg until a written acknowledgement of order is issued by Carlsberg or (if earlier) Carlsberg delivers the Products to the Customer. Carlsberg will be entitled to reject orders for any reason.
1.4 Acceptance of delivery of the Products shall be deemed conclusive evidence of the Customer’s acceptance of these terms.
1.5 The Customer shall not be entitled to cancel, suspend, or defer any delivery of Products more than 30 minutes after the order has been placed.  

2. DESCRIPTION

2.1 The quantity and description of the Products shall be as set out in a written acknowledgement of order issued by Carlsberg or, where no acknowledgement is issued, in the relevant order accepted by Carlsberg.
2.2 All samples, drawings, descriptive matter, specifications and advertising issued by Carlsberg and any descriptions or illustrations contained in Carlsberg's catalogues or brochures are issued or published for the sole purpose of giving an approximate idea of the Products described in them.
