Terms and Conditions

1. This promotion is open to all persons aged 18 or over and resident in England and Wales excluding employees, and their immediate families, of the Promoter, their associated companies, agents, agencies and anyone else professionally connected with this promotion.
2. The first 88 eligible people to ask bar staff “to try Brooklyn Pilsner for free” (or similar) at a licensed premises in England and Wales which is displaying point of sale materials advertising this promotion and serves draught Brooklyn Pilsner lager (Premises) will receive one free pint of draught Brooklyn Pilsner lager (Free Drink(s)).
3. The promotion starts at a Premises when that Premises displays point of sale materials advertising this promotion. The promotion ends at a Premises on the earlier of: the date all Free Drinks are redeemed at that Premises; or 23:59 on 31^st December 2022 (Closing Date).
4. Only one Free Drink per person is permitted. Please do not attempt to redeem multiple Free Drinks or a complimentary drink of any other product. Free Drinks claims not complying with these terms and conditions will be invalid.
5. The Free Drink must be redeemed on the day of request in accordance with Paragraph 2 above. A Free Drink cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Normal rules as to the sale of drinks apply. This promotion is subject to availability.
6. The Free Drink is non-transferable and no cash or other alternative will be offered by the Promoter or Premises.
7. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw or suspend this promotion at any time and / or revise these terms and conditions at any time without giving prior notice and, by continuing to take part in the promotion subsequent to any revision, you shall be deemed to have agreed to the amended terms.
8. Entry into this promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
9. The Promoter or the Premises may, in their sole discretion, refuse to provide a Free Drink if they have any reason to believe that efforts have been made to distort the spirit of the promotion including if they have reason to believe that a Free Drink will be obtained fraudulently or deceptively. The Promoter’s or the Premises’ decision in this regard is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
10. The Promoter and the Premises accept no responsibility if you do not claim a Free Drink by the Closing Date for any reason.
11. If any provision of these terms and conditions is held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect the enforceability of any other provisions not held to be invalid.
12. This promotion and all issues arising out of it shall be governed in accordance with English law and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
