TERMS AND CONDITIONS THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS APPLY TO ALL OFFERS DETAILED IN THE CARLSBERG DEALS DIRECTORY (Directory). THOSE OFFERS CANNOT BE USED IN CONJUNCTION WITH ANY OTHER OFFER OR DISCOUNT.

PRODUCTS
The offers apply only to orders placed with Carlsberg UK Limited for delivery between the first and final date of the calendar month stated on the cover of the applicable Deals Directory or on associated promotional materials (Promotional Period). Any offer may be cancelled by us without notice. Cancellation of any offer will not affect the validity of any order placed prior to the date of cancellation. All offers are subject to availability. To take advantage of an offer you must: purchase and take delivery of the full qualifying quantity of the relevant products in a single transaction; failure to take delivery of all qualifying products may result in you becoming ineligible for the applicable free product (Free Product) or Carlsberg Credits available; quote any and all references, offer codes or other requirements specified in the Directory at the time the order is placed; and be a representative of a licensed premises in the UK. By law, we cannot sell or supply alcohol to anyone who isn't aged 18 or over. By placing an order you confirm that you are 18 or over and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
FREE PRODUCTS
For the purpose of calculating volumes, unless otherwise stated, packaged 75cl wine: 1 case = 9L equivalent (note that 12 x 75cl bottles = 1 case); packaged single serve wine: 1 case = 24 bottles apart from Paternina where it = 25 bottles per case; boxed wine: 1 x 10L BIB = 10L of wine, 1 x 3L BIB = 3L of wine; soft drinks, flavoured alcoholic beverages, packaged beer and packaged cider: 1 case = 1 physical case; draught cider: 50L = 1 keg; spirits: 1 case = 6 x 1.5L or 12 x 70cl. All offers on multiple cases purchased must be for complete unmixed cases, excluding offers on selected wines and spirits. Please allow up to 28 days from the end of the Promotional Period for delivery of your Free Product. All Free Products are subject to availability. Any images used within this Directory are for illustration purposes only and Free Products may differ in design or appearance. We reserve the right to supply a substitute Free Product of a similar value should the specified Free Product become unavailable. Free Products are not redeemable for cash or credit. We reserve the right, where we consider there to have been any breach of these terms and conditions or any fraud or dishonesty, to seek full reimbursement for any Free Product supplied to you. We accept no responsibility for any tax liability caused/incurred as a result of the supply of any Free Product or promotional offer.
CARLSBERG CREDITS
For full terms and conditions applicable to Carlsberg Credits please visit the Website. All participants in the Carlsberg Credits loyalty scheme (Scheme) and collectors of Carlsberg Credits must be aged 18 years or over and resident in the UK (excluding the Republic of Ireland but including the Channel Islands). You can only participate in the Scheme if you are an authorised representative of a licensed premises in the UK that is either a) a customer of ours or b) a member of a pub group which is a customer of ours (Licensed Premises). By participating in the Scheme you confirm that you have been authorised by the Licensed Premises to do so. All products, services or other rewards that can be acquired from the Website by redeeming Carlsberg Credits (Goods) are subject to availability. There is no cash alternative to the Goods and Carlsberg Credits have no cash value. The Goods on the Website, the transactions on which you can earn Carlsberg Credits and the number of Carlsberg Credits that can be earned, and the number of Carlsberg Credits required to be redeemed for any Goods may change from time to time without notice. To receive the total number of Carlsberg Credits offered, you must take delivery of certain items specified by us (Order) in full. A return of all or part of the Order will result in the removal of applicable Carlsberg Credits from your account balance or a pro rata reduction in points at our sole discretion. Where all or part of an Order is returned after the Carlsberg Credits applicable to that Order have been redeemed for Goods, we reserve the right to reclaim from you, and you will pay us on demand, the recommended retail price of such Goods. Carlsberg Credits expire annually at or around the end of the eleventh week in each calendar year (Expiry Date).Expired points cannot be redeemed. Before the Carlsberg Credits expire, the balance of your Carlsberg Credits account will be frozen at or around the end of the seventh week in each calendar year (Audit Date) to enable us to go through an audit process. Between the Audit Date, when your account balance is frozen, and the Expiry Date, when all unredeemed Carlsberg Credits expire, you will still be able to redeem your Carlsberg Credits for Goods. Any Carlsberg Credits that you are awarded between the Audit Date and the Expiry Date in each calendar year will be credited to your Carlsberg Credit account balance on or around the start of the twelfth week in that year once the account is un-frozen. We reserve the right to withdraw the Scheme, stop issuing Carlsberg Credits or close your Carlsberg Credit account at any time at our sole discretion.
GENERAL
By placing an order, you will be deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by all applicable terms and conditions. You are responsible for notifying us of all relevant account numbers relating to your orders, and of any change of address or other relevant details. Carlsberg may use or disclose to a third party personal data it collects from you, or that you provide to it, in order to fulfill its obligations to you under this these terms and conditions. Whilst any recommendations or representations in this Directory or otherwise made by Carlsberg are given in good faith, you should not rely on them in place of your own advice and our relationship with you shall be governed solely by the terms expressly set out in these terms and conditions. If you enter a competition through this Directory, then such competition will be governed by the applicable competition rules. A copy of Carlsberg's principal competition rules appear on our website at www.carlsberg.co.uk. Additional rules specific to each competition may also apply. Any resale price referred to is a recommendation only and you have complete discretion to set your resale price at whatever level you wish. Errors and omissions excepted. All prices quoted are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. These terms and conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by English Law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
