Due to COVID-19 measures, we may experience restrictions that impact delivery days. To ensure we offer you the best restart experience, we have set out the guidance below.
All England, Scotland and Wales Customers
We’ve all been delighted with the amazing sunshine and unprecedented demand during the early stages of the On Trade re-opening. We are pleased to announce we will be returning to a 5 day delivery week from Monday 26th April.
Demand across the country remains very high is sometimes exceeding supply and we may face some of the short term product supply issues that all parts of our industry are experiencing, so while our order schedules are returning to normal, you may see more products out of stock than you are used to seeing.
When placing your order online, if a product is out of stock at the time of ordering you will not be able add it to your basket and we will display alternatives that you may wish to consider.
Similarly, whether you place an order online or via telephone, there are some circumstances where we will have stock at the time of ordering but due to the current fluidity of product availability and customer demand we cannot guarantee that it will still be available at the time your order is picked. Please accept our apologies for this inconvenience should it happen - it may not always be possible to inform you before your delivery but we will do our utmost in this extremely busy time to ensure that we fulfil your order in full.
